Air Arabia signs group-wide distribution deal with Amadeus

Air Arabia has signed a group-level distribution agreement with Amadeus, both companies said. The deal covers the carrier's distribution and is meant to widen its reach through Amadeus' network of travel sellers.

Travel partners using Amadeus will be able to access the airline's content, extending Air Arabia's presence in the global distribution channel. The low-cost carrier said the move forms part of its growth plans.

No start date, markets covered, or financial terms were disclosed. Nor did the announcement say which Air Arabia group carriers are included.
