Air Arabia to launch Sharjah–Katowice route in December 2026
Air Arabia will begin nonstop flights between Sharjah and Katowice from 17 December 2026, its third Polish destination after Warsaw and Kraków.
Air Arabia has announced plans to start a new nonstop route linking Sharjah with Katowice, Poland, beginning 17 December 2026. The service will make Katowice the airline's third Polish destination, joining existing routes to Warsaw and Kraków.
According to the airline, the route will operate four times a week, with flights scheduled on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Departure times will vary depending on the day of the week.
The route will be flown using Airbus A320neo aircraft, the airline said. No further details on pricing or booking availability were included in the announcement.
The move continues Air Arabia's expansion in the Polish market, following its earlier launches to the country's capital and to Kraków in the south. The Sharjah hub, located in the United Arab Emirates, serves as a base for Air Arabia's low-cost network across the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Europe.
