Air Greenland prepares first A320neo for Greenland service
Air Greenland's first Airbus A320neo, acquired from SAS, is in Tallinn for preparation before entering service. The airline plans to use it from mid-April 2027 on a new Copenhagen-Ilulissat route.
Air Greenland's first Airbus A320neo is in Tallinn for service preparation, the aviation portal Check-in reports.
The aircraft, registered LN-RGO, came from SAS. Its last commercial flight for the Scandinavian carrier was on 26 August, from Oslo to Copenhagen, and it was ferried to Tallinn that same evening.
Air Greenland plans to put the A320neo into service from mid-April 2027 on a new Copenhagen-Ilulissat route. The cabin will be refitted with 174 seats, 18 of them in a premium service class, and streaming will be offered on board.
