American Airlines to add second daily Miami–Caracas flight in 2026
American Airlines plans to restore a second daily service between Miami and Caracas from 15 October 2026, operated by Envoy Air with an Embraer E175.

American Airlines will expand its Miami–Caracas schedule back to two daily flights starting 15 October 2026, according to the aviation portal Aero Routes. The added frequency will be flown by Envoy Air using an Embraer E175.
The carrier's existing once-daily service on the route, operated with a Boeing 737-800, will remain in place. That 737-800 is now planned to stay in the future timetable on a permanent basis.
American Airlines had resumed flights to Caracas on 3 September after an interruption caused by an earthquake in late June. Since the restart, the airline has operated a single daily flight with a Boeing 737-800.
Before the earthquake, the plan had called for two daily services year-round using Embraer E175 aircraft.
