Boeing's F-15EX deliveries are back at full rate after a 105-day strike at its St. Louis-area facilities ended. The stoppage started on August 4, 2025 and involved roughly 3,200 members of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers District 837. These skilled technicians handle fighter and munitions production in St. Louis, St. Charles, Missouri, and Mascoutah, Illinois. They rejected Boeing's first contract offer, which led to the longest labor stoppage in the company's St. Louis history. Workers voted down five proposals before ratifying a sixth on November 13. The approved five-year contract includes a general wage increase and a ratification bonus, but no 401(k) match, a demand the union had sought.
