Easyjet pilots in France have suspended a strike that was due to take place on 13 and 14 September. The SNPL union said the decision followed the resumption of negotiations with the airline.
The dispute centres on frequent changes to duty rosters and on working conditions. No binding agreement has been reached, the union said, and the conflict is not settled. A walkout could still take place towards the end of September.
Cabin crew reached an agreement after a strike in August. Under that deal, rosters may not be changed on five days per month, and compensation is paid when shifts are moved by more than two hours. The pilots are seeking comparable rules for themselves.
