El Al, Israir and Arkia seek approval to restart Dubai flights
Three Israeli carriers have asked Israeli security authorities for permission to resume services to Dubai, which were suspended after the war with Iran began. El Al aims to return in November, while Israir targets up to ten weekly flights.

El Al, Israir and Arkia intend to restart their services to Dubai, according to the Israeli news agency Reuters, which reported that the three carriers have asked Israeli security authorities for the authorisation the move requires. Flights by Israeli airlines to the United Arab Emirates were halted at the end of February, when the war with Iran began.
El Al plans at least two daily flights between Tel Aviv and Dubai from November, subject to approvals. Israir is targeting as many as ten weekly connections. Arkia says it will begin operating once the operational and logistical conditions are met.
All three airlines also intend to run repatriation flights from Friday for passengers stranded in Dubai. Flydubai had suspended its flights between Dubai and Tel Aviv temporarily following the incident on flight FZ1073.
