Finnish airports add 31 winter routes for 2026/2027 season
Finavia airports will offer 31 new connections next winter compared with the previous season, with Lapland seeing the largest expansion. The network will total 163 international scheduled routes to 103 airports.

Finavia says its airports will have 31 more flight connections in the winter 2026/2027 season than the previous winter. Lapland accounts for much of that growth, with its airports adding links to ten new European destinations.
Rovaniemi gets new flights from London Gatwick, Newcastle, Munich and Prague, operated by BA Euroflyer, Easyjet, Lufthansa and Eurowings respectively. Kittilä gains Amsterdam, Brussels, Liverpool and London Luton. Brussels Airlines will also fly from Brussels to Kemi-Tornio for the first time, and Ivalo gets a new link from Munich.
Kuusamo will be connected to Berlin, London Gatwick and Riga, along with a separate Berlin service. Air Baltic will also fly selected routes from Hamburg and Manchester.
Helsinki is not left out. Finnair is adding Melbourne, while Emirates and Qatar Airways will maintain their Dubai and Doha services through the winter. Finnair also adds Luxembourg, Stavanger, Turin and Umeå, and Norwegian will run a seasonal Helsinki-Tromsø route.
Across the Finavia network, the winter schedule will offer 163 international scheduled connections to 103 airports.
