Pegasus invests in AI voice assistant for customer service

Pegasus Airlines is backing the technology company Zingly.ai and working with it on an AI-powered voice assistant for customer service, initially handling calls in Turkish.

Pegasus Airlines has invested in technology company Zingly.ai and is working with it on an AI-supported voice assistant for customer service, the carrier said.

The assistant is meant to handle passenger enquiries by telephone in natural speech and resolve them directly where possible, instead of only recording them for later processing. Its first use case is already live.

By mid-2027, Pegasus plans to extend the assistant step by step to its ten most common customer service matters. It will start in Turkish, with other languages to follow. More complex matters can be passed to an employee along with the context gathered so far.
