Frankfurt Airport to close Terminal 1 arrivals access overnight
The drop-off lane on the arrivals level of Terminal 1 at Frankfurt Airport will be closed overnight from Wednesday to Thursday, with traffic disruption expected.
Frankfurt Airport's operator said access to the arrivals level of Terminal 1, including the P35 forecourt, will be closed from midnight on Wednesday, 16 September until 7am on Thursday, 17 September.
Drivers picking up passengers during those hours can instead use the terminal car park via the P2 and P3 entrances. Parking costs four euros for up to 30 minutes.
Traffic disruption around Terminal 1 is expected, and drivers should allow extra time. A diversion route will be signposted.
