Hong Kong airport authority names Steven Yiu as chief operating officer
Airport Authority Hong Kong has restructured its senior leadership, with Steven Yiu taking over as chief operating officer and Cissy Chan adding oversight of a subsidiary.

Airport Authority Hong Kong has reshuffled its top management. Steven Yiu became chief operating officer on 1 October 2026, according to the airport authority. His portfolio covers airport operations, security, customer service, and the cargo and logistics business at Hong Kong International Airport. Yiu has worked for the airport company since 1995. His most recent role was executive director of airport operations.
Cissy Chan now leads subsidiary IEC Holdings alongside her existing position as executive director of commercial. In that role she is responsible for the development of Skytopia, including projects such as the 11 Skies entertainment complex and the planned Airport Yacht Bay.
Both report directly to Vivian Cheung, who heads the airport.
