Lufthansa Group hands Norwegian ground handling to Aviator

Aviator Airport Alliance will take over ground handling for the Lufthansa Group at three Norwegian airports under a long-term contract covering around 1,760 aircraft turnarounds a year.

Aviator Airport Alliance will handle ground services for the Lufthansa Group at three Norwegian airports under a long-term contract. Full handling and de-icing are included at Bergen, Trondheim and Tromsø.

The contract covers about 1,760 aircraft turnarounds a year.

Start dates differ by site. Aviator begins at Bergen on 1 February 2027, at Trondheim on 28 March and at Tromsø on 1 April.

The company already holds a four-year ground handling contract with the Lufthansa Group at Göteborg-Landvetter airport. Aviator is part of Avia Solutions Group and operates at 15 airports across the Nordic countries.
