Man arrested after shaking Lufthansa cabin door on Bogota-Frankfurt flight
A 33-year-old man repeatedly shook an aircraft door on a Lufthansa flight from Bogota to Frankfurt and was taken into custody after landing, police said.
A passenger on a Lufthansa flight from Bogota to Frankfurt behaved aggressively on Monday, according to Frankfurt police. The suspect, a 33-year-old man, shook the aircraft door several times and ignored crew instructions to stop, police said.
Members of the cabin crew and two passengers restrained him. After the aircraft landed, police arrested the man.
Citing his condition, officers took him to a nearby psychiatric hospital and opened a criminal investigation, the police said. No injuries were reported in the statement.
