Menzies Aviation expands into passenger handling at Kuala Lumpur
Menzies Aviation has begun offering passenger handling services at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, adding to its existing ramp operations there.
Menzies Aviation has widened its role at Kuala Lumpur International Airport to cover passenger services, making it a full-suite ground handler at the Malaysian hub.
The company's Malaysian arm received a ground handling license in November 2024 and started ramp operations in January 2025. Passenger handling, which covers work above the wing, is the newest addition.
To staff the service, Menzies selected staff from its existing ramp team and put them through upskilling to move into passenger-facing roles.
