Nayak Aircraft Services takes majority stake in Portugal's LAS Group
Nayak Aircraft Services has acquired a majority holding in Portuguese maintenance firm LAS Group, with terms undisclosed and the LAS brand and management remaining in place.
Nayak Aircraft Services has taken a majority shareholding in LAS Group, a Portuguese aircraft maintenance company. The size of the stake and the purchase price were not disclosed.
LAS founder João Louro remains a shareholder and continues as managing director of LAS Maintenance. The existing management and operational structure will stay unchanged, and the company will continue to trade under the LAS brand. Through the investment, LAS becomes part of Nayak Aircraft Services' larger European platform.
