Ontic acquires Kansas-based aerospace supplier Aero-Mach

Ontic has acquired Aero-Mach Companies of Wichita, Kansas, adding three brands and a US site to its network. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Ontic has acquired Aero-Mach Companies, a Wichita, Kansas aerospace supplier, adding three brands: Aero-Mach Labs, Aero-Mach Wilco and Aero-Mach TCO. No financial details were disclosed.

Aero-Mach says it has worked in the aerospace sector for more than 50 years. Its Labs business covers manufacturing, engineering services, and repair and overhaul. Wilco distributes aircraft parts, while TCO develops and makes electrostatic dischargers for piston and turbine aircraft.

Ontic is taking over the Wichita site and its existing team. The deal brings Ontic's global network to eleven locations.
