PlaneSense to install Gogo satellite Wi-Fi across Pilatus fleet
PlaneSense will add Gogo Galileo satellite internet to its 71 Pilatus aircraft by the end of 2027, covering both its PC-12 turboprops and PC-24 jets.

PlaneSense will fit Gogo Galileo satellite internet across its entire Pilatus fleet, the fractional ownership provider said. The programme covers 71 aircraft and is to be finished by the end of 2027.
The service will run over the Eutelsat OneWeb low Earth orbit satellite network. Aircraft will link to it using Gogo's HDX electronically steered antenna. PlaneSense said testing showed the system could handle several passengers streaming video, joining video calls and using other online services at the same time.
The company announced the choice on October 15, 2026. The agreement takes in the present fleet as well as aircraft delivered later.
The first PC-24 with Galileo is due to be handed over in late October 2026. Retrofits of the jets already in service will start shortly afterwards, and later PC-24s will leave the factory with the equipment already fitted.
Separately, Pro Star Aviation will carry out installations on the PC-12 turboprop fleet under an agreement announced the same day. Pro Star said its supplemental type certificate permits Galileo to be installed in PC-12s whether or not they already have a connectivity system.
Work will begin with PC-12 PRO aircraft that arrived without onboard connectivity, then move to aircraft that already carry L3 air-to-ground systems. Pro Star said its approval lets operators keep existing equipment when Galileo is added instead of having it removed.
George Antoniadis, PlaneSense president and chief executive, said the system would provide high-performance bandwidth throughout the fleet.
