Schauinsland-Reisen reviews sale of stakes in Sundair and Fly Air 41
German tour operator Schauinsland-Reisen is reportedly examining a sale of its airline holdings, including leisure carrier Sundair and its Croatian sister Fly Air 41. No buyer or concrete talks have been confirmed.
Schauinsland-Reisen is looking into selling its airline division, according to the tourism magazine FVW. The German tour operator's holiday carrier Sundair and its Croatian sister airline Fly Air 41 would be put up for sale under the plan. Majority owner Schauinsland-Reisen is said to be seeking interested parties.
Sundair founder Marcos Rossello is also open to a sale, the report says. Schauinsland holds 85 percent of Sundair; Rossello holds the remaining 15 percent.
There are no concrete talks or a buyer at this stage.
