Sun Express expands onboard menu with eight new dishes
Sun Express has added eight pre-orderable meals to its onboard menu, including its first gluten-free and diabetic-friendly main courses, plus a new vegan option and a children's meal.
Sun Express is adding eight dishes to its pre-orderable onboard meal range. They include the holiday carrier's first gluten-free main course and its first diabetic-friendly main course, plus another vegan option.
The new selection also brings a children's menu with chicken köfte and pasta in tomato sauce, currywurst, pizza margherita, a toastie with turkey ham and cheese, and yoghurt with gluten-free granola. Existing dishes stay on the menu.
The airline said chicken schnitzel was ordered most often last year, followed by Mediterranean penne and a warm breakfast. Meals can be reserved up to 36 hours before departure and start at 10.99 euros.
