Turkish court lifts seizure of Caspian Airlines Boeing 737
A Boeing 737-500 belonging to Iran's Caspian Airlines was detained in Istanbul for about two weeks over a legal dispute before a court overturned the seizure.

Caspian Airlines says one of its Boeing 737-500s has left Istanbul Airport after being held for about two weeks. The newspaper Milliyet reported the departure.
The aircraft, registered EP-KPB, was detained in Turkey on 28 September, shortly before it was due to fly to Iran. Passengers had already boarded and had to leave the plane again.
Caspian challenged how the authorities served the notification. An Istanbul court ruled in the airline's favour on 7 October, and the seizure was lifted.
