- 2025-12 A320 pilot reported a nose wheel steering malfunction while turning onto their cleared runway resulting in a momentary loss of aircraft control. The crew reset the circuit breakers per maintenance instruction which fixed the issue and were able to continue their flight.
- 2025-10 A320 flight attendants reported during door disarming the door operating handle moved slightly; but was immediately pushed back in place. The escape slide did not deploy.
- 2025-09 A320 Captain reported the First Officer was locked inside the lavatory for 10 minutes but was able to eventually get out and return to the cockpit.
