- 2022-07 Dash-8 Captain reported after parking; the parking brake released and aircraft rolled several inches before stopping. First Officer discovered their brakes were working properly.
- 2022-04 First Officer reported that the Captain refused an aircraft that was not repaired correctly. The flight attendants and the original flight crew refused to fly on the aircraft on dead head status to return to base.
- 2017-01 DHC 8-300 flight crew reported witnessing unsupervised passengers walking out to the aircraft for boarding. The agent had not alerted the crew of the boarding process.
