What happened
The incident occurred during nighttime operations when the pilot was maneuvering the aircraft on the ground. While taxiing, the pilot's right wing made contact with the tail section of an airplane that was stationary in a parking area. The collision resulted in damage to both aircraft involved.

At the moment the collision occurred, the airplane was positioned approximately 60 feet to the right of the designated taxiway centerline. This lateral displacement placed the right wing directly in the path of the parked aircraft's tail structure.
