During a simulated engine-out landing, the pilot initiated a go-around, experienced alternating wing drops, and the left wing contacted the ground. The airplane then contacted the runway nose-down, sustaining substantial damage.

Pilot Account

The pilot reported that while attempting a simulated engine-out landing, he initiated a go-around. He stated that after applying full power, the left wing dropped. He countered with control input, after which the right wing dropped. He again countered with control input, and the left wing dropped once more, making contact with the ground. The pilot reported that the airplane subsequently contacted the runway in a "nose slightly down attitude."
