What happened
On April 11, 2009, at 1905 local time, a Cessna 210M, registered as CP-1373, crashed near Concepcion Airport (SLCP) in Concepcion, Bolivia. The aircraft was performing a medical evacuation flight under visual flight rules (VFR) from Concepcion to El Trompillo Airport (SLET) in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.
Shortly after takeoff, the aircraft impacted terrain. The flight was operating at night under visual meteorological conditions. The accident resulted in 4 fatal injuries, claiming the lives of the commercial pilot and three passengers.
