What happened
On September 18, 2010, at approximately 7:30 PM local time, a McDonnell Douglas MD-11F, operating as N574FE, landed on runway 27R at Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport (LFPG) in Paris, France. After landing, the aircraft crossed runway 27L. This movement resulted in a runway incursion that forced a Boeing 777 to abort its initial takeoff roll. The flight, operated by Federal Express Corp, had originated from Memphis International Airport (KMEM) in Memphis, Tennessee.
There were no injuries resulting from this event.
