What happened
On May 14, 2011, at approximately 1430 UTC, a Cessna 210M, registered as PR-HSM, crashed into wooded terrain near Breu Branco, Brazil. The aircraft was operating a flight from Wilma Rebelo Airport (SNWR) in Senador Jose Porfirio to Paragominas Airport (SNEB) in Paragominas.
The aircraft impacted a remote, dense forest under circumstances that remain unknown. The pilot and two passengers sustained 3 fatal injuries.
