What happened
On November 22, 2011, at 17:40 UTC, a Cessna 210L, registered as PT-IOT, crashed near Aldeia Hali Katu in the Alto Alegre Municipality of Roraima, Brazil. The aircraft was performing an enroute flight toward Pouso da Águia (SWPD) in Cantá, Roraima, when the pilot reported an engine failure.
Following the engine failure, the aircraft impacted the ground, resulting in substantial damage to the plane. The pilot, who was the sole occupant of the aircraft, sustained 1 fatal injury.
