What happened
On April 26, 2013, at approximately 1215 UTC, a Cessna 210L, registration PR-LJI, was performing an approach to Brigadeiro Protasio de Oliveira Airport (SBJC) in Belem, Brazil. The aircraft, operated by Brabo Taxi Aereo Ltda., had departed from Fazenda Santo Ambrosio Airport (SISO) in Chaves, Brazil. During the approach, the aircraft underwent a forced landing, resulting in substantial damage to the airframe.
The accident resulted in 2 fatalities, including the pilot. Among the passengers, two sustained serious injuries and four sustained minor injuries.
