SAIB Notifies NTSB of 2013 Boeing 737-400 Incident

Notification and Investigation Authority The Swiss Accident Investigation Board (SAIB) informed the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an incident involving a Boeing 737-400 that occurred on November 10, 2013. ## U.S. Participation The NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the SAIB investigation. This appointment was made under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, with the United States participating in its capacity as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the airplane. ## Information Release All investigative information related to the incident will be released by the SAIB.
