What happened
On May 8, 2014, an accident occurred involving a Boeing 737-400, registration YA-PIB, in Kabul, Afghanistan. The accident resulted in 7 minor injuries and 0 fatalities.
The Afghanistan Civil Aviation Authority (ACAA) notified the NTSB of the event. As the State of Manufacturer and Design, the United States appointed an Accredited Representative to assist the ACAA investigation in accordance with ICAO Annex 13.
