What happened
On November 7, 2014, an accident occurred involving a Boeing 737-400, registration YA-PIE, in Kabul, Afghanistan. There were no fatalities and no injuries reported in connection with this event.
The investigation
The Afghanistan Civil Aviation Authority (ACAA) is conducting the investigation. As the State of Manufacturer and Design, the United States has appointed an Accredited Representative to assist the ACAA under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13.
