Incident Details
On March 22, 2014, at approximately 1630 UTC, a Cessna 205, registration EC-GQB and serial number 205-0277, was involved in a forced landing following an engine failure. The aircraft was substantially damaged during the event. No injuries were reported.
Investigation
The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Spanish Civil Aviation and Incident Investigation Commission (CIAIAC). As the State of Design, the United States has designated an accredited representative to participate in the investigation, in accordance with Annex 13 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation.
