On September 25, 2014, at approximately 1430 UTC, a Bell 206L-3 helicopter, serial number 51342 and registration TG-LOU, crashed while conducting agricultural crop spraying operations near Municipio Santa Barbará, in the department of Suchitepéquez, Guatemala. The impact resulted in substantial damage to the helicopter, and the sole occupant sustained fatal injuries.

The investigation is under the jurisdiction of the Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil of Guatemala.
