Accident Summary

A pilot experienced a loss of power in the left engine while en route to the destination, approximately 10 miles from the airport. Shortly thereafter, the right engine also lost power. The pilot maneuvered the airplane for an off-airport landing on a paved road. During the descent, the airplane struck power lines along the side of the road, resulting in substantial damage to the left wing.

Investigation Findings
