Accident Notification

The government of Pakistan notified the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an accident involving a Boeing 737-400 airplane. The accident occurred on July 16, 2015.

International Cooperation

In accordance with the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the government of Pakistan's investigation. The NTSB serves as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the airplane and engine.
