The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) of Pakistan has notified the U.S. National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an accident that occurred on November 3, 2015, involving a Boeing 737-400 aircraft bearing registration AP-BJO. The CAA is leading the investigation into the accident.
Investigation Process
Under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the CAA in the investigation. The United States is the State of Manufacture and Design of the Boeing 737-400, a model of the Boeing 737 family. As such, the U.S. Accredited Representative will provide technical assistance and support the CAA's investigation team. The CAA of Pakistan will release all investigative information regarding this accident.
