Incident Overview
Shortly after taking off, an airplane was navigating a flight path parallel to a river when it encountered an obstacle. The aircraft collided with two of five unmarked utility wires that spanned across the waterway. This initial impact compromised the stability of the plane, leading to a subsequent crash into the river below.
Damage and Injuries
The collision with the water resulted in substantial damage to the airframe. Despite the severity of the structural impact, both occupants survived with minor injuries. The pilot and one passenger were the only individuals aboard the aircraft at the time of the accident.

In post-accident inquiries regarding preventive measures, the pilot offered specific advice for improving safety in similar scenarios. The pilot suggested that minimum altitude requirements should be increased by at least double. This adjustment is intended to provide adequate reaction time for pilots to identify and avoid low-level obstacles such as unmarked wires.
