The government of Mexico reported an accident involving a Cessna 310, registration XB-KQF, which took place on August 28, 2018, in Villa Zaragoza, Mexico. The accident resulted in 1 fatality and 1 serious injury.
What happened
Following the notification of the accident, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to support the investigation being conducted by the Mexican authorities under ICAO Annex 13 protocols. All official investigative details are to be released by the government of Mexico.
