Notification and Assistance
The government of Brazil notified the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) of an accident involving a Honda HA-420 that occurred on September 24, 2018. In accordance with ICAO Annex 13 provisions, the NTSB appointed a U.S. Accredited Representative to assist the government of Brazil's investigation as the State of Manufacturer and Design of the airplane.
Investigation Lead
All investigative information will be released by the government of Brazil, which is leading the inquiry. The NTSB's role is to provide technical assistance as the state of design and manufacture.
