What happened
On June 11, 2019, an accident occurred involving a CASA 212, registration N603AR, in Kuinga, Kenya. The Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kenya notified the NTSB of the event. There were no fatalities and no injuries reported in the initial notification.
As the state of registration for the aircraft, the United States appointed an Accredited Representative to assist the investigation conducted by Kenya under the provisions of ICAO Annex 13. All investigative details are to be released by the Kenyan Ministry of Transport.
