On August 21, 2019, at approximately 19:19 LMT, a KR-030 Topaz-XLS, registration SP-SATA, was involved in a fatal accident near Zalesie, in the Siennica municipality. According to witness testimony, the aircraft departed from a private airstrip at approximately 19:00 LMT. After a flight lasting approximately fifteen minutes, the aircraft struck trees located at the edge of the airfield.

The impact caused the total destruction of the aircraft, which subsequently caught fire. The pilot, who was the owner of the aircraft, sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene.
