What happened
On May 31, 2020, an incident occurred involving a Team Eurostart EV-97 aircraft, registration OK-TUA56, near Bobrowniki (EPND), Poland.
The investigation
The Polish State Commission on Aircraft Accident Investigation (PKBWL) reviewed the documentation regarding the event. Upon review, the Commission determined that the aircraft was being operated by an unauthorized person at the time of the occurrence.
Due to the nature of the incident, the Commission decided to abstain from conducting a formal investigation. The gathered materials were forwarded to the Police and the Civil Aviation Authority (ULC) for further action.
