What happened
On July 26, 2025, a serious incident occurred involving a Corivi Vulcan C-100RG aircraft with registration SP-STOC. The event was classified as a serious incident under the jurisdiction of the Polish State Commission for Aircraft Accident Investigation (PKBWL). The investigation
The PKBWL investigative team initiated a formal investigation in accordance with European Union Regulation 996/2010 and ICAO Annex 13 standards.
