What happened

The aircraft was operated by Ryanair on flight FR246, having arrived from Agadir Al Massira (AGP). During the deplaning process, a female passenger lost her balance on the mobile boarding stairs and fell onto the apron. The fall resulted in a serious injury, specifically an extensive bleeding laceration to the eyebrow area and a hand injury.
Immediate assistance was provided by other passengers, followed by cabin crew and ground handling staff. Medical personnel from the adjacent Air Rescue Service (LPR) base arrived at the scene within two minutes of the initial report. The LPR doctor administered first aid, after which the injured passenger was transported on a wheelchair to the airport's medical point in the terminal for further examination.
