What happened

On June 25, 2026, a Cirrus SR22T with registration SP-GOS departed from Wrocław-Strachowice (EPWR) for Warsaw-Babice (EPBC). The flight was conducted under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) at FL110. Upon reaching the transition point, the pilot switched to Visual Flight Rules (VFR) and contacted the Aerodrome Flight Information Service (AFIS) at 11:04 UTC.
