Accident Details
An aircraft departed Kuweires-Rasin El Aboud Airbase for a flight to Hmeimim Air Base. On board were 33 passengers and a crew of six, totaling 39 occupants. During the final approach, the aircraft went out of control and crashed approximately 500 meters short of the runway. Upon impact, the aircraft burst into flames. There were no survivors among the 39 occupants.
