What happened

The incident occurred while the aircraft was conducting a navigation exercise. During this operation, the twin engine plane was cruising at a very low altitude of approximately 25 feet. At this height, the airframe made contact with a ferry cable situated near Bassano. The impact caused the aircraft to crash into an icy river in that area.

Findings
