What happened
During a night approach to Natal Airport, the aircraft experienced a loss of control immediately upon touchdown. Instead of maintaining the centerline, the airframe veered off the paved surface of the runway. This deviation led to a collision with nearby airport facilities. Following the impact, the structure caught fire and was ultimately destroyed by the flames.
The accident resulted in significant casualties among those on board. Five people lost their lives in the incident, comprising three members of the crew and two passengers. Additionally, thirteen other occupants sustained injuries during the crash and subsequent fire.
