What happened
The incident occurred during the initial climb phase of flight following departure from Sungai Besi Airport. The aircraft involved was a twin-engine model. Shortly after leaving the ground, the plane experienced a loss of control. It subsequently crashed into the terrain at a distance of approximately 3 kilometers from the airfield. The impact resulted in a massive explosion.
Findings
The crash resulted in the deaths of both pilots aboard the aircraft. No other injuries were reported as the event occurred away from populated areas. The primary outcome was the total loss of the aircraft and the fatalities of the flight crew.
